Oh, I drift on....
Through those frozen slopes of my dreams
I do not need to walk
I float

My dreams push me on
At times I wake and ask for mercy
but it is a hopeless request
Those such as me...
Float...

I may enter your dreams
Especially if you ask for help
May lie with you,
      Embrace your fears
                Take up my shield,
      Embrace my role...                                 
         but mostly......                                 
I float.                

Take heart
Be reassured
Sleep deep
Sleep well

I float.
